    • Yes, she is, Marilize. No she is at the High Desert Museum. She was found abandoned in the desert of Arizona, starving and with a broken hip. She was wearing a collar and, since she was unafraid of humans, cannot be released into the wild. She is well taken care of in her new home. 🙂

    • Thanks! No, this is a gray fox and they live in parts of North America and Central America. I looked up the jackal and you’re right about them looking similar. Both have beautiful coats. 🙂
