Keeping our distance

Avoiding close contact

Unsure where to turn

On the darkest of days

But one day, we will once again fly with our flocks

Rejoice with our families

And our voices will join together in song

Lens-Artists Photo Challenge (LAPC) – Distance

Love it!! Nice post 😊
Thanks so much! ☺️
Love the way you used the birds to illustrate your point Siobhan. Your images tell a wonderful story
Thank you, Tina! Good challenge.
Your bird theme is so appropriate — they have no idea what we’re doing or what we’re going through. I used something similar in a part of my post about flowers. They just keep blooming no matter what man is going through: https://ohtheplaceswesee.com/2020/03/29/lens-artists-challenge-90-keeping-the-distance-in-knoxville/
Glad you liked my bird theme! Your flower pictures were beautiful. I liked the balloons too. 😁
I love taking pictures of flowers. I’ve even asked Bert for a macro lens for my birthday. We’ll see! 🙂 The balloons are up and down that long stretch of highway — a great sight to see.
Excellent photos. Love the captions.
Thanks, John!
