That big Oregon sky doubled in the still water is doing all the talking — no caption needed. Summer Lake has such a quiet, wide-open feel, and the reeds in the foreground give it real depth. Exactly the kind of pull-over-and-just-breathe spot we’re always hunting for on a road trip. Lovely capture.
Yes, it’s a big sky kind of place. It can get very windy there and there are often multiple dust devils dancing across the playa.
