  • Definitely edgy Siobhan! These are perfect for the week. Loved the rope bridge but no way I'd ever attempt it!

  • I love the ropey bridge. Fun to cross over it, i'll bet. And to enjoy a coffee at the seaside cafe is a dream. The edgy photos are a great add too. Ireland was a great place to showcase both: on the edge, and water ,water, everywhere.

  • Love it, love it! The mood you went for it's just perfect for wonderful edges. I can almost feel the sea breeze.

  • Just the sort of coastline I love, with plenty of drama! The castle looks magical and the cafe would be a great place for a hot drink on a windy day, while I'd love to try out that rope bridge :D

    • Yes, that area has a lot of drama. Hope you can get there someday. We were on a Game of Thrones tour. :)

  • Oddly Siobhan, I remember commenting on your post but don't see it here. Maybe I didn't press Reply??? Anyway, loved your treatment on these, give a rather aged sense to them. Loved the rickety? bridge but only to look at, not to use! Also loved the Kitchen house - rather timeless. Well chosen for the week.

    • Sorry if you didn't see your comment. Sometimes it shows on one of my devices but not the other. Yes, I tried to age them with the processing. Glad you like how they turned out! The bridge was well constructed, but it did swing in the wind. 🙂

  • A lovely collection, Siobhan. The coast of Ireland is perfect for this challenge. I haven't been to the Giants' Causeway yet...but I hope to, someday. The inn by the water is such a haunting image, too. I can imagine a fire, and people sitting around chatting, drinking...Wonderful.

    • Thank you, Patti! Yes, it's a place of many edges. Hope you get to visit the Giant's Causeway and other local sights someday.

  • Dramatic and beautiful - went to that coastline some years ago. Beautiful images! We could not walk that rope bridge, it had been vandalised the week before... Love to see these edges!

    • Thank you! Sorry you couldn't walk on the bridge. It was closed shortly after we walked across it due to high winds.
