Red bench at Pike Place Market: Pull Up a Seat

I saw this unique red bench at the Pike Place Market in Seattle, Washington. I don’t know the history of this bench, but it looks very old. The Market opened in 1907 and this piece looks like it could have been made in the early 1900s.

The red bench fit in perfectly with the 500+ small businesses located at this historic market.
