  • Some excellent adventures this year Siobhan. I cannot imagine how long it took to mosaic that car! And I am always fascinated by dinosaur remains. One of my favorite things ever was my visit to the La Brea Tar Pits - incredible the traces we are now finding of the past. Your opening image may be my favorite this week though. I can just imagine sitting there peacefully pondering nature's gifts. All the best to you in 2024, thanks as always for joining us.

    • Thanks, Tina! Glad you liked my first image in particular. The truck is amazing in person. We saw spectacular dinosaur fossils on that trip. You have a great new year as well!

  • What a great retrospective, Siobhan! You had great experiences in the previous year. These beautiful photos show that.

  • A wonderful collection of memories for you of 2023, Siobhan. I love the autumn color photo and I'd love to walk those suspension bridges in person!

    • Thank you, John! I'm always on the lookout for colorful leaves in the fall. Yes, the bridge was fun to walk across!

  • What a varied collection to sum up your year! I love the waterfall, the mosaic truck (amazing work!) and the native costume :)

    • Thanks, Sarah! Glad you liked the truck and Native dress (both at the museum where I volunteer). The waterfall was very impressive. :)

  • So many unique spaces and places in you rlife this year. Many I remember. Loved them then and now. The waterfall, th enative clothing and the neon. I would love to see the suspension bridge. It could be Oregon, California, or even Ireland. Fun to cross, I bet. Happy New Year. Alwys nice to see where live takes you Siobhan.

  • Beautiful selection of favorites, especially loved the bridges swaying over stormy seas!🙂

  • So many wonderful photos, some of which I remember well the great posts they were on. Northern Ireland bridge is a new favourite, I'm glad I had a chance to see it.
